Create End to End Process flowchart for Maharah
• Develop a quality and operation excellence measurement system
• Establish a policy guide for quality and operation excellence
• Establish and manage the feedback and complaints system for all services provided by Maharah
• Manage and supervise all the operation excellence project through applying the Operation Excellence Requirements

• Improving the Customer Complaint rate and handling a team of 7 employees
• Handling the Fleet Maintenance & Fleet Utilization
• Coordinating with the Transportation Department regarding any Bobtail’s Breakdown.
• Daily monitor the Fleet breakdown report for 7 branches with total of 132 Bobtails
• Implemented a fleet “Bobtail” breakdown sheet to track the breakdown causes
• Setting Sales KPI’s and Targets for the Commercial Department
• Coordinating with the SAP Consulting Team to verify and improve the sales reports
• Train and Coach 7 unit heads in 7 branches to better understand the New SAP Sales Report
• Insuring the Performance Control System and Team Work are effective in all sections.
• Deployed “Business Management Systems” to track and deliver all KPIs and reports deviations on-time to take immediate decisions.
• Led the “low cost” raw materials project led by Global SIG while maintaining same quality standards and customers AQLs
• Leading a team of 7 direct managers and more than 120 FTEs including supervisors, shift leaders and operators in Production staff
• Led more than 15 projects to reduce losses across the value chain, covering all QCVDSME business drivers, coming from loss Analysis
• Leading the Focused Improvement Section (projects & activities) in CBOB through the Obeikan Manufacturing Excellence (OME) Department to improve the Site KPI’s which are related to Transformation Cost, Waste, Machine Efficiency, Labor Efficiency, and Team Work.
• Responsible to analyze the organizational losses and initiate teams to tackle and improve the losses in timely manner.
• Responsible for auditing the teams and projects to insure the results are on track, and report the projects status (traffic light) to the top management.
• Responsible to Train the staff within the department and the shop floor staff (production staff) on Set up Time Reduction, Cost Reduction, and Set up Waste Reduction, by defining the standard and apply the ECRS to further improve the standard.
Co-Leading the Focused Improvement Pillar in the Obeikan Manufacturing Excellence (OME) Department to improve the Site KPI’s by analyzing the production runtime on weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Basis to define the losses and send signals to the other supporting OME Pillars to form a team and tackle these losses. As a Focused Improvement FI Pillar the targeted KPI’s are Productivity, Conversion Cost, and OEE. Also the FI is aiming to reduce the Set up Time and Set up Waste in the production lines by using the pillar routes and other techniques such as lean & six sigma.

Supervised 2 production lines by taking full responsibility and ownership of the equipments, and being in charge of the entire production processes for particular or set of products. Responsible to plan, organize, and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. Able to supervise two production teams work in two shifts and report the safety incidents, quality defect, overall equipment efficiency, and production activity of the last 24 hrs to the top management.
