Co-Leading the Focused Improvement Pillar in the Obeikan Manufacturing Excellence (OME) Department to improve the Site KPI’s by analyzing the production runtime on weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Basis to define the losses and send signals to the other supporting OME Pillars to form a team and tackle these losses. As a Focused Improvement FI Pillar the targeted KPI’s are Productivity, Conversion Cost, and OEE. Also the FI is aiming to reduce the Set up Time and Set up Waste in the production lines by using the pillar routes and other techniques such as lean & six sigma.
