Responsible for the management and execution of apron-related operations and activities at the airside of the private aviation facilities at the airport.

• Assures compliance of ICAO Annex 14 Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), as well as other rules and regulations that pertain to safety with respect to the operations and movements of personnel, vehicles and equipment on the apron pavements, regulated areas and other related systems and as required for a commercially certificated airport in Saudi Arabia;

• Assists the Airside Manager in developing and implementing Apron SOPs to ensure the efficient operation and optimum safety of all operations with respect to the operations and movements of personnel, vehicles and equipment on the apron pavements, regulated areas and other related systems;

• Under the direction of the Airside Manager, manages the operations and movements of personnel, vehicles and equipment on the apron pavements, regulated areas and other related systems;

• Under the direction of the Airside Manager, interprets and enforces rules and regulations concerning operations and movements of personnel, vehicles and equipment on the apron pavements, regulated areas and other related systems;

• Assists the Airside Manager in providing leadership and supervision of the employees and performing
operations and movements of personnel, vehicles and equipment on the apron pavements, regulated
areas and other related systems, including training, planning, organizing, recruiting and directing Airside Operations staff;

• Under the authority and at the direction of the Airside Manager, maintains liaison with the Airport Operator's administration, air traffic control tower and certification inspectors, FBOs, airport tenants and others;

• Assists the Airside Manager in the preparation and recommendation of annual and long-term plans, programs, and budgets to the Program Manager;
