Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers.
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationship.
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meeting.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
