To carry out the planning and control function for Plant Maintenance works together with Maintenance
and Operation Department.
Construction supervision on site activities for oil & gas plants including :
* Responsibility for monitoring construction and fabrication activities.
* Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures.
* Ensuring quality achievement and taking necessary actions to maintain the satisfactory standards
(ASME, API).
* Providing redesign solutions for field problems or changes.
* Preparing work packages with all design documentations and method statement for work
permits approvals.
* Preparing test packages and updating reports, documentation, schedules

and take-off timetable.
* Witnessing all field tests such as hydro-tests and pigging tests.
* Reviewing all site works and preparing the punch list for the construction contractors.
* Coordinating with QC and HSE team for quality inspection and HSE measure.
Projects:
1- New Gas Plant in Western Desert: construction of new steel structure gas plant for the western desert
with total area of 2 millions square meter to transfer the gas from Al-Salam base to Dahshour, Cairo.
2- Zinc project in AG & RZK (sites in the western desert - Egypt): Zinc’s been used to transfer data from
wells or shipping lines to the control room (pressure, temperature, flow rate) by satellite on the internet.
3- Amreyya (Zone near Alexandria city) Jumper: Project for shipping dry gas from gas plant to GPC
(General Petroleum Company - Egypt) shipping line (by connecting the new line to GPC line by hot tap to
avoid any shut downs).
4- Fire fighting modification: Modification of the cycle of fire fighting to be a close cycle with preparation
of the hydraulic calculations.
5- Pig launcher modification: Modification of the piping system of a pig launcher for the shipping gas line
6- Flare KOD (knock Out Drum) for gas plant: Replacement of old vessel by new vessel and modifying the
piping system
7- New AG site’s flare tip of a process: Replacing the damaged flare tip by a new flare tip with new design
and construct the new supports required.
8- Flow lines: Carrying out 32 flow lines of oil, gas, and water.
* Scope of work:
* Review Design documents (P&ID, Isometrics and Tie-ins list, details, orientation drawings and
vendor drawings).
* Prepare the required Man-hour estimate for the project scope.
* Review the piping activities and completion in accordance with schedule
requirements.
* Compilation of piping scope activities including MTO’s, drawings, and project
activities durations.
* Prioritize scope activities to most efficiently meet project schedule requirements.
* Ensure the implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures.
* Responsibility for monitoring piping designs quality and taking necessary actions to maintain
satisfactory standards (ASME, API).
Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.
* Preparation of procedures of various project control activities including budget.
* Updating and monitoring projects progress.
* Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements for projects and achieve all investment
objectives.
* Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery.
* Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and
evaluate reports.
Projects:
1-Dalma & Yassat : 36 floors twin towers in Sheik Zaied road.
2-Al Raqi tower: 26 floors tower in Sharjah.
Training courses 1- PMP preparation course.
