• Develop and apply the company's best practice tools
• Co-ordinate and control activities related to change of suppliers, indirect materials, equipment and services, or parameters of them and adjust specification change with suppliers
• Ensure the adherence to the company’s procurement policies and procedures
• Update the spare parts and equipment supplier’s data base
• Ensure the delivery of the required material as per delivery plan
• Update the related vendor rating report.
• Manage and develop the supplier’s Business relationship.

 Ensure all capital expenditures projects are being executed on time and within agreed to scope and performance outcome criteria.  Assist in preparing the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired target using MS Project.  Coordinating projects from awarding through completion and responsible for monitoring schedule and activities to achieve project success.  Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of installation and erection.  Keep financial track of capital expenditure and reports it to the Technical Projects Manager.  Participate in the execution and Capex development of the sustainability, safety and productivity projects.  Coordinate site contractors’ activities with consultants, safety and food safety representatives.  Reviews invoices and bill of quantities to ensure compliance to standards.  Follow up contractor progress in the site Vs. the project time line and updates weekly the project Gantt charts.  Review and approve contractor technical submittals and review the workshop drawings.  Coordinate different site layouts and drawings ( Civil, Mechanical & Electrical)  Participate in site surveys and participate in design drawings.
