Senior Support Supervisor (Core Engineer)
• Administering and ensuring continuous operation of the Network Services
• Documentation of assigned local and remote site equipment inventory.
• Providing Maintenance & On-Site Support Services, System support Services
• Prompt and instant response to resolve the network problems
• Documenting details of all amendments made to the System
• Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting all network Devices Including (ASR1006, ASR1002, Nexus 9000, Nexus ACI Mode, Switches…)
Project Manager / Senior Engineer for new Projects and SLA
• Install/configure for Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless, Data Center UCS Blade servers, VMware, Fabric interconnect, ACS, WCS, LMS and Juniper for new Projects and Ministers such as
(Ministry Of Awqaf(MOA), Ministry Of Interior(MOI), Ministry Of Health (MOH), Crime Investigation Department (CID), Holiday inn, Ministry Of Education(MOE), Burgan Bank, FATWA, central Statistical Office(CSO).
•Managing SLA network equipments including main Data Center location.
•Dealing with Cisco Core switches and lower level switches.
•Ensure quality of service provided to the customer as above expected SLAs.
•Monitor network performance and investigate improvements.
•Assist and troubleshoot network/servers problems.
•Assist and troubleshoot wireless network problems.
•Support team work in ensuring network capacity requirements are met.
