Handles Corporate Accounts and Cash Management related product offerings and processes,
this includes account analysis, WPS (wage protection System), SMS Banking and internet banking, responsible for providing a high quality of client service while performing a wide variety of services such as assisting clients with implementation, questions, changes, or concerns regarding Cash Management products, Online and WPS.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Providing clients with training on WPS and Cash management internet banking e-Business systems and products to ensure high clinet satisfaction and comfortable dealing with the bank
 Supports Customers in processing their transaction with bank and providing Swift copy
 End to End WPS (Wages Protection System) Setup, Training and investigation for QNB Corporates and SME clients.
 Credit Card setup, Amendment and issue resolving
 E-statement and E-advise Setup and Support.
 Assisting the branch in resolving account mapping issues
 Providing support to corporate client payments issues
 Assigned as the main contact on handling Cash Management Client e-mails.
 Works closely with Relationship managers and Operations Team to provide customers with quick query resolution.

Handling Private Banking customers, Complaints and Inquiries about all Bank products i.e. Loans, Credit Card, Liabilities, Mortgage, Insurance, Assist Clients in Choosing the Most Convenient Investment Plans According to Their Needs.

 Aid the Customer Care Manager to ensure that all relevant standards within the customer charter are being met.
 Meet and exceed the objectives and performance measures agreed by the Customer Care Manager.
 Daily weekly and monthly operation reports.
 Checking and analysis Customer statements.
 Reconciliation treasury statements daily.
 Update customer’s files with the new documents.

 Actively support the strong inter-relationships cooperation across all divisions, ensuring all relevant parties are well informed of assigned work programs.
