*دراسة العمليات المحتمل التعاقد عليها وتحديد الإحتياجات . *دراسة الأسعار المقترحه وتقدير العائد المتوقع.
*التعاقد ومفاوضة مقاولي التنفيذ وعمل الجداول الزمنيه للعمليه.
*الإشراف على التنفيذ وإستلام الأعمال المنفذه ومراجعة شروط التنفيذ والجدول الزمني والتعديل فيه حسب الحاجه.
*محاسبة مقاولي التنفيذ وتقدير أسعار التنفيذ.
* تسليم العميل والإستشاري الخاص به العمليات المنفذه بدون ملاحظات .
* عمل المستخلصات لدى العميل وزمراجعتها .
