Working on Data Migration from Legacy Systems to SAP System.
Manage data migration teams for end to end data migration processes, creating data migration functional specifications, data flow, data mapping, data extraction, data cleansing, data transformation, data remediation, data mitigation, data migration to SAP, Data archiving, lookups and validation.
Coordination with several Departments to execute data migration.
Use LSMW tools to make a lot of interaction took place with end users in design and functional requirements.
Perform data cleansing, enrichment and mapping tasks.
Identify bugs in existing mappings and business process by analyzing the data flow, and fixing the bugs and redesign the existing mappings for improving the performance.
Maintain existing data migration program with occasional upgrades and enhancements.
Supervise all inventory committees in Different regions and evaluate the team performance.
Follow-up the Periodic inventory plan of the company and ensure that it’s implemented perfectly.
Develop a solution to the obstacles which facing the inventory committees during their work in warehouses.
Create, evaluate the inventory differences reports and present it to top management.
Follow up all inventory transactions and make sure it's implemented correctly.
Contribute in the implementation of a SAP ERP to suit the company's business in materials management and inventory.
Create a training materials and train a workgroup on the SAP and provide the technical support to them during the company's operating.
Define the authorization of users in cooperation with SAP Consultant.
Create queries that require top management to monitor process flow such purchases and transactions reports and analysis of suppliers and the movement of inventory items......etc.
Follow up all movements which processed by MM team to be sure that is correct and make corrections to any Mistake.
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates in the main warehouse team to perform all tasks assigned to us (Storage, loading, unloading, and shipping).
Ensure that logistic’ schedule is reached as agreed.
Ensure that all incoming materials and products are properly identified.
Optimize storage through FEFO/FIFO.
Ensure that is warehousing Quality and daily operations are compatible with the requirements of ISO.
Ensure that the GDP rules are applied properly.
Follow the approved Quality and HSE policy and requirements.
Manage and monitor cold room’s storage.
Establish a standard operations procedure SOP's.
Ensure that warehouse SOP's, standards, guidelines, and regulations applied properly.
Manage cleaning, safety, and maintenance for the warehouse and warehousing equipment.
Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
Enhance a work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness.
Establish KPI’s for individuals and ensure that they are aligned with the company mission and vision.
Prepare annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvements and development opportunities.
Ensure proper training and qualification of warehouse team.
Provide the solutions for the team to resolve the daily operating problems.
Forecast all required materials which required to various branches.
Receive the exceptional requests from various branches, Identify purchasing needs or use stock transfer between branches.
Make orders from suppliers upon the arrival of items to the level of demand and in accordance with the public consumption of items.
Follow-up dates for a supply of items from the suppliers and their acceptance of the returns of their own.
Negotiate with suppliers for free goods (Bonus) and the discount rate and the period of credit.
Evaluate the performance of suppliers and present periodic reports to top management.
Review the proportion of public consumption for each item in each branch separately through the database relating to all branches and that to know the average consumption and demand rate for each branch and the remaining stock of this branch.
Complete the stock of branches through the main warehouse or transfer between branches.
Receive all required supplies, materials required by various departments.
Send to suppliers to get quotations and receiving quotes from them.
Prepare the price comparison.
Negotiate with them about prices, specifications and delivery dates to ensure company obtained the maximum discount and service required.
Preparing and processing purchase orders.
Prepare periodic performance evaluation for the suppliers according to prices, specifications and delivery dates.
Searching about new suppliers.
