• Responsible for the preparation of price proposals and/or rough order estimates for the US Army Camps.
• Ensures that all estimates are compliant with internal and external regulations of the US Government.
• Analyze and review all Request of Proposals (RFP) and Rough Order Estimates (ROM) from the US Government to determine general and specific cost requirements.
• Maintain and retain all documents and files used in the preparation of all the price proposals for reference on the change proposals that might come.
• Maintain and retain all documents and files used in the preparation of all the price proposals to support proposal submissions.
• Maintain an active list of proposals and record all the changes done from time to time.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain department on all the required quotations from different vendors and subcontractors to be used in the price proposals.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to collect all pricing data and requirement to complete the price proposals.
• Coordinate with the Human Resource Department (HR) to collect all the personnel information required to complete the price proposals.
• Examines and analyzes cost data relevant to labor, materials, supplies, parts, equipment and other expenditures to include in the price proposals.
• Ensure indirect rates (Fringe, Overhead, G&A, and DBA (Defense Base Act)) used in the price proposals are up to date and valid.
• Ensures the Foreign Exchange Rate used in the price proposals are up to date and valid.
• Participation in the management reviews and analysis of proposals submitted by each of the Estimating & Pricing team members to ensure all points and numbers are accurate prior to the submission of the proposals.
• Prepares proposals in accordance with FAR, CAS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, applicable laws and regulations and Corporate Disclosure Statement.

• Responsible for Sales Quotation, Order and Material Management/Control in SAP.
• Responsible for following up of orders with the suppliers.
• Checking material availability in company’s different warehouse through SAP
• Providing delivery time of customer orders
• Follow up orders with Purchase Team on a daily basis for order status and shipping details once dispatched
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
• Ensure prompt inbound clearance of goods from customs through accurate, timely and complete documentation
• Monitor, control and Maintain safety stock levels in the warehouse.
• Responsible in monthly invoicing and submission to the customers
• Responsible for investigation and resolving of non-conformance of any product, wrong delivery and customer complaints.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecast and on time submission to the Country Manager
• Maintain an active order book for all ongoing projects and give targets to orders which are on hold.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing updates on their order; availability, lead time, and time of delivery.

Currently working as an Estimation and Procurement Engineer doing project tenders and budgets for Kuwait Ministries. In charge of all the expenses of the company. Monitoring the expenses made for every project. Preparing the Payroll for site staffs.
