• Responsible for the preparation of price proposals and/or rough order estimates for the US Army Camps.
• Ensures that all estimates are compliant with internal and external regulations of the US Government.
• Analyze and review all Request of Proposals (RFP) and Rough Order Estimates (ROM) from the US Government to determine general and specific cost requirements.
• Maintain and retain all documents and files used in the preparation of all the price proposals for reference on the change proposals that might come.

• Coordinate with the Human Resource Department (HR) to collect all the personnel information required to complete the price proposals.
• Examines and analyzes cost data relevant to labor, materials, supplies, parts, equipment and other expenditures to include in the price proposals.
• Ensure indirect rates (Fringe, Overhead, G&A, and DBA (Defense Base Act)) used in the price proposals are up to date and valid.
• Ensures the Foreign Exchange Rate used in the price proposals are up to date and valid.
• Participation in the management reviews and analysis of proposals submitted by each of the Estimating & Pricing team members to ensure all points and numbers are accurate prior to the submission of the proposals.
• Prepares proposals in accordance with FAR, CAS, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, applicable laws and regulations and Corporate Disclosure Statement.

• Responsible for Sales Quotation, Order and Material Management/Control in SAP.

• Responsible for following up of orders with the suppliers.

• Checking material availability in company’s different warehouse through SAP

• Providing delivery time of customer orders

• Follow up orders with Purchase Team on a daily basis for order status and shipping details once dispatched
