Responsible for the full facility management operations of a high-rise tower. Managing all aspects of building
systems, services, and soft and hard facilities to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of all systems including:
-HVAC systems (Chillers, FAHU, AHU, FCU, Exhaust, and Fresh Air Systems).
-Electrical systems (MDB, SMDB, DBs, lighting, emergency systems)
-Plumbing and Drainage, pumps (transfer, booster, sump) and water tanks
-BMS (Building Management System) and system calibration
-Generators and automatic transfer switch (ATS) testing
-CCTV, GRMS (Guest Room Management System), and IPTV systems
-Fire alarm and firefighting and ACMV systems in coordination with QCDD requirements
• Implement and monitor PPM schedules across all systems to ensure minimal downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage all civil maintenance and fit-out reviews.
• Supervise cleaning services, security personnel, and pest control operations.
