I'm responsible of preparing the technical proposals, and designing preliminary technical solutions, and/or preliminary projects that meet the customer requirements, which includes Archiving software, Workflow management systems, Record Management system, and correspondence management system.
Also, I was the project Manager of “CRA Modernization “ project which is a part of USAID TAPR II program, (US funded Program), I was preparing and / or managing the following:
- Estimated deliverable dates
- Implementation Work plan
- Updating and tracking implementation Work plan
- Managing the project management team, and technical staff
- Weekly, and Meeting Agenda
- Weekly and Monthly status reports
- Functional Requirements and Design Documents:
o SRS documents
o Software Design Documents:
Graphic User Interface
Web Portal Design Document
Data base Design Document:
- Project Management and Technical Documentations
- Customer Training
- Testing plans:
- Unit testing
o Integration Testing
o System Testing
- Data Migration
- Project Management, Risk Management, and Communication Management Plan.
- Service Level Agreement, SLA.
Through leading technical team, I was responsible of:
- Managing IT projects.
- Supervising the preparation of technical proposals,
- Designing technical solutions that meet the customer requirements, which include workstations, personal computers, Network Equipments, Servers, Clustering solutions, storages, Backup Tape Libraries, System and Applications Software, and / or other computer peripherals.
- Introducing demo presentations, and work on resolving customer technical problems and issues.
- Planning and managing Technical training for both customer and team members.
- Hardware, and software setup and installations, including site preparation.
- Supervising the hardware, and / or software installations that maybe done by the brands vendors staff
- Managing IT infrastructure procurement and deployment projects including:
o Voice: VOIP, and multi-site integration.
o Data: network authentication & security, cabling, LAN, WAN, file server and network
o Security: authentication cards, Access gates, security systems and IP cameras
o Videoconferencing, and IP cameras
- Managed project team for installing IT Equipments, (servers, Client Pc’s, Peripherals …), and Software programs, (Windows operating systems, clustering programs…), at many army sites.
- Managing projects for :
o Redesigning and upgrading existing network to MS Win 2003 Server environment
o Upgrading MS Exchange Mail servers to 2003 Exchange Enterprise addition.
o Upgrading 65 Win 2000 Pro workstations to MS Win XP SP2.
o Installing Microsoft Exchange 5.5 in Enterprise environment. 3 sites,
o Managing WinNT 4.0 Server.
o Installing and servicing Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5.
, I was responsible of:

Managing a solution integrating company that is responding to tenders' RFPs and including a customer support department
I was testing and troubleshooting Electronic boards Of High-speed mixed signal tester (Catalyst System). I use booth software, (Debug some Programs written by C, and Image languages), and hardware techniques and equipment to trace the failure of any board and isolate the faulty components by using electronic measurement and scope devices. I participated in a Quality Improvement Team, QIT, to investigate and isolate the root cause of driver circuit program.
Support different customers having different sizes of PC.networks that may use NT Windows, Novell, Netware, UNIX, and/or windows9x. My job included configuring and maintaining Cisco routers, and modems.
I was teaching some Electronics,
Electrical Communications and Computer courses, such as:
• 6800 Microprocessors.
• Introduction to Pascal.
• Introduction to DOS.
• Lotus 123.
• Introduction to Computer Programming.
• Electronic circuits Theories and fundamentals.
• OP-AMPS Circuits and Applications.
• Measurement devices and equipments.
• Communication systems fundamentals
Also, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation, and both software, and hardware maintenance of 8 LANs, of about 48 PC’s and an AS/400 as a main host. Primary responsibilities include installation, Creating the user profiles, maintain and add the required passwords and define the authorities for each users troubleshooting, maintenance, repair of all PC’s, Printers, Scanners, and Modems and offering the required technical support. I was responsible of configuring and installing additional nodes/networks.
