• Working for Brand machines Business (coffee, cold and food) as each aspect of Quality control and Technical management.
• Quality & Technical Trainer for all the agencies (Third parties) which doing regular cleaning and Maintenance visits for all the machines in the market.
• Solving all the Market Technical Issues with a co-operation with the Machines supplier (EVS Switzerland) and the service agencies.
• Responsible for spare parts inventory and new spare parts orders to cover the market needs.
• Responsible and accountable for all the agencies financial & administrative activities.
• Quality Auditor for the market to ensure all machines Quality, Operation, Calibration to achieve Nestle end cup Quality Standards.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to solve machines problems even regular or unexpected
