• Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the branch. This includes the overall management and development of the branch.
•Contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch.
• Implement service excellence initiatives to enhance customer service quality at the branch.
• Ensure all the activities are in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, policies and guidelines.
• Ensure there are safe and sound operational policies and procedures are adopted across all operational functions.
•Supervising and ensuring proper and smooth running of the operational activities including reviewing and streamlining the operational workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist customers with their various banking or financial needs, including opening checking and savings accounts, obtaining mortgage loans, and investing
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and checks
Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Manage customers' accounts
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Manage administration
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer’s requests.

Receive and count working cash at beginning of shift
Identify customers, validate and cash checks
Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
Process cash withdrawals
Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks, personal money orders, Issuing traveler's checks and exchanging foreign currency
Receive and verify loan payments, mortgage payments and utility bill payments
Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
Balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer at end of each shift
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products
Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
Initiate new accounts
Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
Managing the network and internet connectivity
Working online on stock and currency exchange
