Duties & Responsibilities:

A. Working with GSM vendors: Nokia Siemens, Ericsson, Kathrine, RFS France, Spinner, Drake, Marconi, Emerson, Huawei, In addition to local suppliers \[Power solutions\].
Equipment:2G & 3G & 4G RBS & BTS, MW, BSC, DDF, ODF, Fibers, Core network, Routers, GSM Antennas, Splitters, Feeders, Duplexers, Accessories, Batteries, Rectifier, Cables, Power Solutions plus all spare parts

B. Managing 5000+ articles, with 10M+ of quantity, Controlling 17km² of warehouses +30km² of open spaces, 43 employees, 8 forklifts, 30 distribution cars

C. Ensure warehouses always ready and Prepare needed warehouses space in order to receive the shipments according to its’ storing conditions.

D. Coordinate with suppliers about packing & shipments schedules according to Technical plans

E. Shipments values reaching about 5 -» 10 M$

F. Verify each shipment contents versus received packing lists sent by supplier.

G. Verify received articles versus Purchase orders, contracts and payment invoice issued by Technical Purchasing Unit in Procurement Department.

H. Reject all items that not match Purchase order, then notify Purchasing Unit about the issue.

I. Notify Purchasing Unit about any missing or damaged materials to be reshipped to supplier or to be deducted from PO value.

J. Monitoring all “Receipt of Materials” & all related documentations using Oracle ERP system.

K. Supervise arranging materials on shelves according to storing conditions.

l. Make sure to label the items with: (Oracle code, Barcode, Location, Packing Type, Weight ...)

M. Inform concerned parties \[3rd party company, services workshops, Finance & Technical department\], that shipment is ready for any process.

N. Hold a scheduled meeting with concerned department to discuss withdrawal plans.

O. Meet services workshops to coordinate the withdrawal in order to avoid mistakes and finishing delay.

P. Handling departments’ withdrawal plans, then start preparing the items for delivery.

Q. Coordinate with transportation team to deliver requested items as requested.

R. Start delivering items to requested locations (Sites) under needed safety conditions.

S. Issue needed documentations.

T. Send a notification mail to recipient, that the items on the way including items details time.

U. Process all issues of Returned (Used & Spoiled) materials.
V. Monitoring inventory and supervise items transacts

Inventory Management:

1.Ensure daily, monthly and yearly stockpiling & stocktake for moving items

2.Notify about slow moving materials, Low Balances, dead items that need maintenance.

3. Monthly reports about items Transaction.

4. Daily reports of warehouse quantities, maintenance, item tracking when needed
