 Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
 Review pending orders in the factory and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service.
 Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
 Welcome customers consultant to the store and warehouse answer their queries.
