Manage full recruiting cycle including job requisition, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, background checks, offer generation, on-boarding process and new hire orientation. Conducting a full cycle of overseas recruitment including (Service Provider Selection - Candidate Selection Process - Visa Processing - Employee Deployment) Maintain applicant tracking system. Compile job descriptions, review job functions, and verify on-the-job trainings for all new hires. Manage full payroll cycle including but not limited to new employees enrollment, attendance audit, annual vacation settlement, salary calculation, end of service settlement…etc. Creating Standard Operation Procedures for the Human Resources department. HRDF Company Account Administration HRIS Administration including but not limited to (database update, payroll monitoring, Salary Scale implementation, integration with fingerprint, integration with finance information system…etc.) Conduct End of Service Process. Deliver HR guidance and service to assist business units achieve group objectives. Maintaining up-to-date personnel files.
Key Responsibilities:
MANPOWER & RECRUITMENT PLAN
a) Evaluate the Manpower Forecasted given by the Project Line Managers and Departments if all is in order to categorize the additional manpower requested.
RECRUITMENT-OVERSEAS/ABROAD
a) Has the capacity to assign the Work Visa given by SBG Co. to qualified candidate as per professions.
b) To assure that all qualified candidates have the all documents required set by the ATC-HR Recruitment prior the Travel Date Abroad.
c) Maintain good relations with the Overseas Recruitment Agencies/Service Providers in order acquire a good rapport for the qualified candidates abroad.
RECRUITMENT - LOCAL HIRE PERMANENT
a) The Job Holder has the ability to conduct interviews and give proficient recommendations and fare assessment to assure to select a caliber candidates for the required position.
b) Negotiate the Job Offer with the selected candidate in order to arrive at a mutually agreeable terms.
a) Explain and enlighten all the details inclusive with the Job Offer and receipt of acceptance.
RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTATION
a) Organize the comprehensive and systematic collation of all Recruitment Documentation (e.g. CV’s, Interview Reports, Job Offer, Acceptance of Job Offer, Medical Reports etc.).
b) Ensure the encoding of the employee details in the Payroll System in order to allocate the employee ID.
c) Facilitate and organize to submit all of new hire’s important Recruitment Documentation to the respective Departments for Permit residence issuance and Payroll purposes.
d) Recruitment Documentation is complete and collated into a single file.
JOINING FORMALITIES
a) Organize to meet for new recruits at the Airport including the preliminary accommodation stay or company accommodation.
b) Organize to prepare welcome letter address to Department for new hire’s employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a wide range of administrative and management support while playing a key role in the administration of BLI.
Responsible for conducting communication with BLI Clients, including maintaining updated lists and contact information and responding to and directing requests for information.
Assist with management of BLI website.
Coordinate meetings related to BLI, including monthly staff meetings.
Assist with all aspects of the organization and planning of BLI conferences and events.
Function independently while reporting to the Program Manager of BLI.
Prepares brochures formats and technically.
Present BLI at every training course - Opening and Closing.
Assist in recruitment process by Screening CVs including phone interviews and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of BLI office. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training.
Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the company.
Working as tele-marketing agent for an American account, calling USA residents and seek for those who willing to do constructions work on their houses.
