• Supervised 10 technicians for executing drinking water sampling, on-site testing, and systems reliability inspections.
• Analyzing statistical data on system performance and water quality samples, monitor drinking water supply for compliance with emirate drinking water regulation, and recommend necessary maintenance work to ensure optimized performance.
• Provide advice on avoiding problems base on maintenance recoded data within MAXIMO; and recommend process changes to maintenance Division Manager.
• Investigating reasons for lapses in water quality and suggesting changes or solutions to these problems;
• liaising with customers and representatives from regulatory authorities;
• Contributing to projects concerning water quality improvements;
• Investigating pollution incidents from a scientific and legal viewpoint;
• Arranging for emergency action in response to incidents to ensure business continuity;
• Conduct research related to water quality, process optimization and future strategic plans and setting up field surveys;
• Preparing annual water reports for submittal to the regulations and supervision bureau and consumer and prepare other water quality reports as necessary.
• Assisting in the continued development and implementation of a long-term water management plan;
• Promoting and model safety culture by ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and corporate HSEQ programs, policies and procedures.
• Following and report HSEQ targets to management.
• Providing administrative support to pumping operations department Manager.
• Preparation of the department budget and initiation, tracking and technical review of all raw materials procured by the department.
• Develop and review the related operating procedure regarding Water Quality and condition maintenance.
• Conduct Audits internally within the company to assure controls are operating.
• Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of entire plant including all units in shifts.
• Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
• Meet shift production targets.
• Coordinate with Load dispatch center.
• Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts.
• Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance and production activities.
• Ensure proper sampling and quality procedures.
• Initiate proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shutdowns/start ups.
• Assist in Utility operations and troubleshooting.
• Product specification and drawings preparation as per requirement from buyer.
• Quality monitoring and maintaining as per standard.
• Design & Preparation of “General Arrangement” Drawing as per Client’s Requirements.
• Design & Preparation of Panel front View & Layout of equipment.
