Main duties and responsibilities:
-Conduct Syriatel new employees orientation to explain the main role of marketing department and clarify functions and responsibilities
-Implement research yearly plan alongside other unplanned requests throughout the year.
-Play the consultative role to product marketing unit and marketing management through research recommendations derived from market and surveys’ data.
-Organize & moderate qualitative focus-groups sessions as the main data-collection approach to formalize relevant finding and info baseline.
-Conduct quantitative research Surveys
-Interview all recruited part-timers for outdoor projects.
-Recommend marketing-research task-force remuneration.
-Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction, determine their position in the marketplace and effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.

-Welcome customers & solve their inquiries.
-Collect payments and submit all documents related to P.O.S operations.
-Perform all services related to GSM services.
-Collect customers demographics & interests
-Prepare P.O.S monthly report.

• Achieve sales target in southern region.
• Define the suitable monthly sales target and discuss it with top management before being implemented.
• Conduct monthly assessment with pharmacists to probe suggestions and define products pros & cons.
