Managing sub-Contractors of different sectors.
Preparing various work reports. (progress, look aheads, Inspection, ITP, MSRA.
- Leading a team of site engineers through the process of the Dilapidation for the Un-finished Tower.
- Using SnagR application for data collection of dilapidation works.
- Preparing Pre-Work Related documents (Material Schedules, RAMS, MARs)
- Site Preparations and Make safe works. (According to the highest HSE Standards)
- Supporting Façade Contractor. (Providing High rise Scaffolds, Man baskets, Cradles, etc.).
- Issuing Productivity Reports As per Data collected from Site.
- Managing and coordination Between Sub-Contractors.
-Company representative for all liaising with consultant including meetings with RE and his team.
- Managing site manpower and ensuring progress plan & design specifications are being met at site.
- Supervision & Coordination of Sub-Contractors for different sectors (Security & access Control,
Architectural works).
- Site Procurement.
- Preparing and submitting QC Related document (IR, MIR and Closing our NCRs)
- Direct Execution of finishing works (Glass façade, false ceilings, Epoxy flooring, doors &
ironmongery, Painting, tiling, claddings, plastering and many others)
- Preparing Site reports including (daily & weekly reports, productivity report & Monthly progress
tracking sheets)
- Quantity surveying
- Shop drawings reviewing.
- Site supervising.
- Supervision of Contractors Works at Site (Architectural, Civil & Structural works).
