A. Engineering tasks:
Designing cooling systems of data centers.
Providing engineering consultancy regarding cooling systems of data centers.
Contacting manufacturing companies in order to get support and quotations so to make technical and financial proposals for our clients and for the projects that are put out to tenders.
Insuring that quality and quantity of spare parts in the warehouse are upon agreement.
Preparing reports of the work done.
Making technical studies for new products and deciding about the ones to be purchased.
Commissioning projects of cooling systems.
B. Managerial tasks:
Providing work plans and time schedules for the team and for clients.
Supervising all projects and contracts related to cooling systems of data centers.
Helping in making clauses for the agreements of contracts.
Renewal of Contracts with our clients.
C. Technical tasks:
Installing cooling systems.
Operating and monitoring cooling systems.
Testing cooling systems.
Repairing and performing preventive maintenance processes according to the manufacturing specifications and instructions.
D. Financial tasks:
Making financial proposals, quotations and discounts for our clients.
Making annual budgets of our works and contracts regarding cooling systems.
Insuring that financial transactions (quotations, Purchase Orders, Certificate of Work Completion, Internal Memos, Invoices, and cheques) are done upon agreements.
Making market prices comparisons and suggesting modifications to the price of our goods and products.
*Tasks:
Tutoring (teaching tutorials and assignments’ sections to students in the classroom).
Making quizzes to class.
Marking (grading) midterm and final exams.
Marking homework and discussing it.
Delivering scores to students and educational office.
Test supervision and invigilation.
