1- Networking & Hardware Infrastructure:
• I have designed, installed and supervised the installation of many networks, using different platforms.
• Novell, Vmware, Cisco Voice, Microsoft (NT 4-5-6, till 2018) with the full package of antivirus, ISA-Server and Security Policies. Could handle the required hardware (Server, PCs and Firewalls) in a cost effective budget.
• Added wireless functionality to the network (Wireless Network).
• Added Unified Comunication System (Cisco IP Telephony).
2- Web-Sites, E-Commerce & E-Mail Systems:
• Being a programmer, I have designed, installed and powered many websites, with an interactive links to our Back-Office mail system.
• Having this link connected to a well structured Microsoft Exchange server.
3- Quality Management (IS0 9001:2008):
• In charge of implementing the IS0 9001:2008 project.
4- ERP Information Systems:
• I have supervised the implementation of many ERP solutions such as (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, 2012 and AX365).
• Finance Modules (GL, Receivable, Payable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets).
• Distribution Modules (Stock Control, Sales and Purchases).
• Manufacturing Modules and Human Resources Modules.
5- Group Trainer:
Having good communications capabilities, I was assigned for the preparation of training manuals and giving training to all levels of employees (Managers and Lower Levels).
Responsibilities:
•Supervision & implementing the complete network infrastructure in the whole company.
• Install & administer 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2018 Servers.
• Install & administer Exchange 2008 (E-Mail Distribution System).
• Configure ISA 2000 and Watchguard Firewall for internet surfing with full control, monitoring and reporting and bandwidth management following the company usage policy.
• Designing & managing the company website including full products catalogue with all needed mail forms to receive our online customer’s inquiries.
• Lecturing the training of the new hired candidates, Support for existing staff and supervising all I.T. tasks.
• Supervised the implementation and improving the effective ERP solution for our company.
