Responsible for setting up of the project, ensuring smooth flow of project at various levels such as research, field, data processing and commercial and analyzing the obtained data to prepare the report findings.

Worked on various categories such as Tobacco, Automotive, Retail, FMCG, F&B, Leisure & Entertainment etc. with high involvement in Tobacco, Automotive and Retail related projects.
Type of Projects worked on:
Have worked on various type of projects such as product tests, concept tests, static car clinic, competitive intelligence, consumer panels, total offer tests, brand health trackers, brand launch tracker, catchment area study, U&A, general consumer surveys, exit interviews, mystery audits etc.
Work Experience:
During the entire period of work, I feel proud to say that I have pitched in for almost all the reports for the studies conducted by the team (which comprises of 3 sub-groups). Of the total 2.5 years of experience in the Industry, I have spent initial 1.5 years in the project management and co-ordination side and later 1 year being actively involved in research related activities. Off late involved in client servicing and proposal making for some of the projects.
In the tenure of work, have dealt with projects with tight timelines in fast paced environment and have met the deadline. Always been flexible with the work timings and was always available for the team during weekdays as well as weekends. I am a ready to go for a person for doing field trips and have been to remote places of KSA for one of the projects.
Duties:
• Responsible for preparing field materials such as Questionnaire, stimulus materials based on the purpose and design of the study
• Preparing sample plan (including setting up of quota) and weighting matrix based on design of the study
• Preparing field proposal to get quote from field agencies
• Testing of CAPI/CAWI Questionnaire
• Preparing Gantt chart for the entire project and tracking activities against the detailed project plan
• Preparing field brief note as well as briefing/training the field team
• Coordinating with commercial team for commercial related activities
• Preparing Analysis plan for data processing team
• Analyzing data using MS Excel and customized quantitative research software such as Magic
• Compiling and sending weekly and monthly status report about various projects to Client
• Preparing the final project findings report using MS PowerPoint
