Performing food production duties and following standard operating procedures, maintaining operations excellence by adhering to the systems and standards of the store.
Assist delivery and monitoring of quality products by checking product shelf-life, product temperature setting to operate equipment and following standard procedure to assist in some preventive maintenance and repairs in the work area to ensure continuity and efficiency of use.
Understands and follows practices adherence to company policies workplace safety standards First in- First out (FIFO) for stock rotation avoiding damaged or spoiled items to implement and promotes FOOD SAFETY practices cleanliness, sanitation and good housekeeping in store, ACKNOWLEDGE of food safety procedures with outstanding interpersonal skills to work in a fast paced environment with organizational time management and multi-tasking abilities able to stand for extended periods and willing to do work shifts in weekends and in public holidays as needed.
