• Manage and process the company’s payroll and all other payroll related duties.
• Dealing with corporate customers offering them staff payrolls & full fill all their financial needs
• Developing the business interaction for new companies thru phone and office visiting on Daily Basis.

• Handling Customers queries, complaints and AST for all walk-in customers.
• Information about New Products and promotion for cross selling and gaining business from existing and new customers.
• SALES: Achieving monthly assigned target from BM and Sales division by meeting new clients and cross selling.
• Well verse in Auto Finance (Individual and Fleet) - Processing, Documents and policy Filtration, Security features, Co Ordination with Automobile Dealers in UAE market for delivery of vehicle and to close within TAT.
• Processing Auto Finance for companies under Fleet scheme for multiple vehicles and generating New Business.
• Personal Finance- Processing personal finance for New/Existing customers based on Islamic Shari’a, bank laws and key terms of DFM (Dubai Financial Market).
• Documentation: Processing for documents for sales and customer service to avoid any delay and charges to customer. Also keeping track on daily basis for changes in documentation.
• Co Ordination: Maintaining business communication and contacts with Co departments, DFM, and automobile dealers to achieve best standard for customer service and sales.

• Developing new customer relationships, maintaining current relationships, developing referral sources within both bank and existing customer list, and providing information to customers on the latest and customized products that suit their requirements.
