Responsibilities and Achievements
• Manage the project control resources required to deliver a functional project.
• Monitor and control programme compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
• Ensure of project controls processes consistently applied across the project.
• Support the project manager/ director with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, critical issues, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide project controls management tools, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management.
• Controlling, monitoring and tracking project’s activities budget with proper tools.

Responsibilities and Achievements
• Produce projects contract programme, revised and recovery programmes.
• Supervise planning department functions.
• Resource estimate and re-allocation analyses.
• Produce overall weekly/monthly monitoring & target reports to senior management, site construction team and consultant/client.
• Identify packages values and produce weekly & monthly WIP.
• Prepare analysis for monthly/ weekly reports comparing current situation with baselines.
• Extensive research of project documentation studying the causes of delays to identify employer delay events and contractor delay events in either retrospective or prospective analysis criteria on monthly basis.
• Developing chronology of events, coordinate with different departments to collect information and highlight events to monitor delays and arrange claims submission including Executive reports, EOT, TIA reports demonstrating entitlement, with detailed substantiations.
• Develop Baseline Programme based on approved extension of time.

- Gather information, requirements and documents to defined work scope for each area and building.
- Study project's priorities, overall project sequencing and methodology (co-ordination with construction & site management).
- Allocate resources and durations based on budgeted quantities and site situation.
- Provide project program for management level and construction level, including all works related (design, procurement, MEP, civil & sub-contractors)
- Build progress update system and flow to get the accurate progress for each work package from responsible person based on work weightage on time.
- Get agreement from each person and department on the overall planning system and make clear understanding of each scope & work sequence.

Brief Description: “Undertake the ambitious program of Jamal Abdul Nasser Highway project which involves the upgrading of the existing Jamal Abdul Nasser Highway to high motorway standards. The project also comprises the upgrading of the associated Storm-Water Drainage, Sewer, and other services in the contract area.”

• Working as Sr. Planning Engineer for "OHL International" scope of work in "Riyadh Metro Project - Tender stage" within "Consortium 2" leading by "Bombardier (Canada)" and consulting by "Parsons Brinckerhoff". "OHL International" scope of work including civil works for tunnels, deep underground metro stations and preparation for track-works.

Responsibilities
- Review comprehensively all contract documents including drawings specifications and contract conditions.
- Describe deliverables in substantial detail with design plans, flowcharts and method statements.
- Create formal document to guide project team & define and sequence project activities, estimate duration for activities & resources required, project schedule, estimate costs.
- Initiate and direct the development of the project planning process including method, schedule, project team organization chart, labor schedule, equipment required.
- Reviews the construction budgets issued to the project and ensure that all expenses are within and in conformity with budget allocation. Periodic budget variance analysis and comments on action necessary to maintain cost at completion within the approved budget.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with client representatives throughout the period of the project.
- Monitor, control and coordinate the Engineering - Scope required on the project and ensure the employment of the proper resources to maintain the engineering production in line with budget and the overall project schedule.
