Responsible for analysis, design, implementation Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC &
Zero Trust both on-premise and cloud.
Network and Server Infrastructure planning, systems monitoring, fault management and configuration.

Managing team of five network engineers empowering and coaching team in achieving their KPIs and ensuring customer satisfaction

Data Centers & All Banking Channels ensuring 99.99% availability
Work in 24/7 shifts supervising various network and system components and making sure they are active
and problem free
Log complaints, classifying, tracking and ensuring SLAs with service Providers are met as per the

>Configuration, testing and troubleshooting of various networking equipment aimed at proactively tuning various network issues prior to occurrence
->Monitoring (24/7) of Safaricom Radio Access Network System and resolving and escalating system alerts issues appropriately from start to completion
->Dispatching field technicians to various sites and providing guidance on connection for network devices, configuration and troubleshooting
->Creating, opening, resolving and closure of escalated trouble tickets using Remedy
->Investigating, analyzing and document technical issues and then provide recommendation to upper management
