• Be the point of contact and welcome and greet our international shoppers at the refund validation point
• Process the validation of the customer tax refunds via our onsite solution
• Assist the customer with any questions they have in relation to their tax refund
• Resolve any issues that may be present with their tax free purchases in a courteous and helpful manner
• Ensure the customer feels informed of the process and feel fully assisted by you at validation point
• Report and escalate system or validation issues to the Refund Operations Manager and appropriate team
to customer’s concerns and ensures smooth airport experience.
•Guides and directs customers the correct process and right information related to airport departure, arrival and transit.
•Assists and coordinates with the authority in screening of departing and transit passengers and escalates it if thorough check is deemed necessary.
•Handles other tasks related to departure, transits and arrival of passengers as assigned by Team Leader.
the travel itineraries in Global Distribution System as requested by key accounts.
•Respond to customer request and answer inquiries pertaining to travel related.
•Managed the key accounts from the time a ticket requested until its issuance.
•Answering queries and offering information, interaction with the public (as well as with colleagues) face-to-face and over the phone.
•To insure all the bookings are log or recorded properly.
