Conduct Quality Inspection of installed AV equipments at site to provide sufficient requirements with the client satisfactory
Assist in commissioning of infrared receivers at Atlantis Lost Chamber
Visit site for Project Progress Report and actual inspection of installed cameras to see to it that equipments are installed as per the plan at Dubai Mall Pedestrian counting system project.
Prepare Material Inspection Request (MIR) for material approval for construction and Work Inspection Request (WIR) for site inspection in locations where final fixing is finished.
Generate weekly and monthly reports as per the site progress
Recommends the type of thermal camera suitable to be used in specific locations as per the height and width of the area to be covered in Dubai Mall Pedestrian counting system.
Coordinate all site activities related to technical documents and drawings
Review architectural drawings: Main Contractors Instruction (MCI) & Project Managers Instruction (PMI).
Review and Revision of shop drawings and As-built
Material take off
Preparation of material & drawing submittals
Generate the various Project Progress reports as required
Hand-over and provide technical training to the end user
Installation and termination of AV equipments
Installation of device software
Structured cabling and cable laying
Maintenance of audio/visual systems
Supervising and monitoring of projects.
Electrical layout and design
Reporting project status at progress meeting
Prepare project progress report including materials and operational cost.
Reporting project status at progress meeting
Ensuring Target Program is being followed
Coordinate with suppliers and order required materials
Conduct preventive maintenance of generator and pneumatically controlled circuit breaker and other electrical components.
Perform Preventive and emergency maintenance, especially during plant shutdowns
Monitor/check all instruments during plant operation for possible malfunction/defects.
Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electronic instruments such as, valves, pneumatic circuit breakers, temperature gauges, and pressure gauges
Supervised clearing of transmission lines.
Direct supervision of annual preventive maintenance of generators.
Prepare preventive maintenance reports.
Licensure examination for Electronics Engineer
