Allocate actual costs to assigned cost codes within the scope of works.
Produce monthly cost report by each cost code.
Assign cost code in every invoice by the supplier & Subcontractor.
Review & assign cost code of each Labor activities in every month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Allocate actual costs to assigned cost codes within the scope of works.
• Summarizing all the weekly man hour according to assigned cost code.
• Preparing of Variation orders for approval from Client and Tracking the cost of variation orders.
• Preparing summary of Fuel consumption for Light Duty & Heavy Duty equipment.
• Produce monthly cost report by each cost code.
• Assign & Verify cost codes by each requisition & time sheets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gathering all information regarding the expenses of the project to import to SISENG.
• Controlling the cost code assign of each work and manpower
• Checking the equipment hours in each week.
• Updating all the cost accounts in MYWEBDAY every month.
Job Description:
Controlling all the cost, consumption and production report of crushing plant materials, concrete plant, interlock block .Preparing payment reports for the subcontractor. Preparing subcontractor service order and amendments of contract. Estimates structural and civil plans according to standard and specification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Checking and controlling all equipment hours, materials and manpower by area according to their cost codes and inputting into the system.
• Control and inspect plant production, distribution and consumption.
• Inputting into the system the direct and indirect cost area according to their respective cost accounts.
• Controlling all the materials and spare parts cost.
• In charge of all the payment reports of the entire subcontractor.
• Supervising all workers in job site
• Attending Pre Bid Meeting
• Performing Estimate
• Tallying all the estimate in Excel
• Performing Estimate
• Tallying all works that we have done.
