• Focuses on selling IT Products & Software (Laptops, Tablets, Printer, & Accessories).
• Making sure that daily target sale for the day is being met and achieving in monthly basis.
• Excellent knowledge on up-selling products and cross-selling of accessories.
• Ensures the availability of all product line-up is display.
• Answering customer queries and prepares quotation.
• Performing other duties as may be assigned by superior.
• Selling Products that correspond to Apple operations and procedures..
• Product Training for the new and upcoming apple products and new models.
• Providing right solution to customer needs and queries.
• Technical expertise and proper calling of products as per Apple standards.
• Assisting Store Manager on handling store operations.
• Handles day to day store operation in absence of store manager
• Inventory management and stock ordering.
• Store Marketing and visual merchandising according to standard operating procedures.
• Training staffs for new models and product line-up
• Handling cash flow and cashiering.
• Handling Customer Complaints and inquiries.
• Ensuring customer satisfactions are being met.
