OAE Devices: AccuScreen, EchoLab.
Endoscopy: Stema, Xion, emos.
Entermed: ENT Units.
Path Medical: SENTIERO & SENTI DEVICES.
X-Ray: PROTEC PRS 500 F.
• Working in an interdisciplinary team with international connections and in constant contact with product management and the relevant departments.
• Taking responsibility for product service, maintenance and write technical documentation & presentation.
• Taking responsibility for the training of employees and clients in the departments of inner ear implants.
• Handling technical emails with international foreign companies.
• Providing support in field, for clinical ENT staff in training courses and workshops, the handling of products.
• Visiting sites and improve it to make it ready for acceptance to Etisalat Co. I was working on Huawei equipment.
• Finding creative solutions to the challenges of network design, mobile communications, data service requirements and internet and network signaling protocols.
• Travelling to meet suppliers, customers and colleagues based in other offices.
