- Issue daily task to workshop staff and ensure the task are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist workshop Manager in staff performance review on an annual basis to provide feedback to staff on their performance.
- Maintain up to date and complete equipment data and record.
- Ensure all equipment that has been PDI, Serviced or Repaired.
- Prepare orders for spare parts required for the repairs.
- Ensure supplies are ordered for each job
- Ensure correct job numbers are used and the time record are correct.
- Issue Workshop Monthly report to Workshop Manager
- Prepare workshop invoices for data entry
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and payment documents
- Issue of repair quotation for customers.

- Prepare Sales PDI, Sales Note and forward to Sales Manager for approval
- Follow up delivery orders and payments
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Data enter of new sales information
- Distribute weekly stock to Sales Manager
- Prepare monthly Sales report
- Maintain a filing system for all Sales documents
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Record all incoming shipment for new arrival.
- Prepare PDI request for sold unit as per sales PDI issued from sales dept.
- Prepare delivery order & forward to finance & accounting dept. for approval.
- Issue purchase order for upper structure to be manufactured as mentioned in sales PDI.
- Follow up the timing of manufacturing & delivery to customer
- Arranged with transporter for local shipment
- Issue inspection monthly report for units at stock for missing & damaged items
- Record delivery date for each unit & keep delivery notes signed by customer for records
- Distribute weekly stock position to Sales Manager & General Manager
- Distribute Sales Monthly report to Sales Manager
- Request insurance for transported units
- Keeps accurate record for new unit arrivals & delivery with all details to ensure accurate data availability
- To ensure delivery of new units to customers or branches in good condition
- Perform other task for the dept. within the scope of work at the dept.
