• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, emails and fax messages
• Replying or transferring important business calls
• Coordinating all daily administrative activities
• Maintain the general filing system and highly confidential correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Arranging air ticket, hotels, etc.
• Monitors the LME pricing data.
• Preparing quotation, proforma invoice, job order as required by customer
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
• Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
• Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information,
completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Maintain records of payments made by the customer
• Prepare comparison charts of sales revenue on monthly basis
• Interact with the Finance Department for payment related clarification
• Checking financial statement for customer and follow customers' payment
• Follow up with production plant on order status
• Cheque and cash collection
• Clarifications on L/C related disputes
