• Ensure that all standard flows are known to all Property Admin personnel to achieve smooth and efficient transactions between Unit Owners and property administration personnel.
• Enforce the house rules as well as all other policies and procedures set forth by the property management without prejudice to maintaining good relations with the tenants.
• Ensure that the common areas of the property are clean all throughout the day and that all concerns with regards to housekeeping maintenance are addressed immediately.
• Personally, and promptly act on Tenants complaints either by directly assisting them
or provide them other alternatives to immediately address their concern.
• Make financial monitoring and analysis to ensure that the property is operating within prescribe operating budget.
• Device ways to achieve cost effective operations and make savings generating programs.
• Ensure completeness of documentation and continuous records keeping of expenses, repairs and maintenance, unit owners' complaints, government permits and licenses, unit owners; profile, internal and external communications and all other related documents.
• Perform other works as required

• As a Building Engineer, Responsible to provide technical and functional direction over assigned personnel. Reviews structural engineering plans and calculations for commercial, and residential projects in accordance with the state codes and accepted structural engineering standards and practices revies electrical, mechanical, plumbing and architectural existing plans for reference
• Preventive maintenance of building equipment generator, water pumps and elevators

• Responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment
• Responsible for replacement of Busted Light, Defective wiring, Basic plumbing and operate hvac air conditioner.
