• Have lead the team consist of 5 workers for effective management of store operation, assets and goods amounting to approximate of 100 million AED
• Received, issued & transferred items/goods as per company policy with average if 30 transactions per day.
• Made correspondence via emails and responded on time to all 10 concerned and requesting departments.
• Ensured goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO) and made sure that the goods were arranged in designated bin.
• Recorded the necessary data in ledger and computer on time (E.g. Adjustments and Deductions )
• Overseen the transportation of goods from store to 4 numbers production site.
• Implemented a good logistics and distribution process via good coordination from logistics department.
• Kept certificates, technical documents, MSDS, and other requirements,
• Conducted quarterly / annual physical inventory of materials and achieved 99.9% variance.
• Implemented commands to 15 subordinates taken from superiors and getting figure of hourly productions.
• Ensured that the items/ materials being processed in the production line are produced in accordance with customer specification, .
• Made sure that the workplace was maintained clean and sanitary environment in accordance to all safety and good manufacturing policies.
• Reported directly to Production Supervisor any abnormalities in the line and discuss about the possible solutions.
• Seeing to it that all incoming and old production employees are properly oriented and trained.
• Hit targets on daily basis of 1 million integrated circuits and 30 million monthly basis by making sure that the equipment and machine are utilize highly.
• Maintained inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Located materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintained in-process inventory at work center by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documented materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Prepared finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.

Responsibilities
• Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes.
• Follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department
• Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor and bid information.
• Process requisitions into purchase orders
• Receive, open, screen, log and date stamps bid responses/quotations, mail as required and organize bids for review by the specialist.
• Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry, opening mail, and completing and processing standard purchasing forms.
