rules, the amount in dispute is 18 million USD. Acting in an ICC arbitration related to the
construction of warehouse complex in Sohar, Oman. Acting in 6 Ad Hoc arbitrations related to
construction projects, all seated in Muscat. Acted in an Ad Hoc arbitration seated in Muscat arising
out of a mining subcontract. Providing pre dispute advice in relation to numerous construction
projects in Oman. Acting in an arbitration seated in Dubai related to the construction of numerous
hotels under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre Rules where the value of dispute is over 100
million USD.
