- Provide Blackberry/Playbook support to all users.
- Administration and maintenance of Red Hat ES 4 as web-hosting server.
- Creation of virtual domains, mails, ftp accounts, and DNS configurations.
- Creating and running bash scripts to run wide commands to perform tasks.
- Maintain OpenBSD Proxy (Squid) and company’s firewall policy.
- Maintenance of all IT equipment including PABX and telephones.
- Maintenance WAN clients Windows 2003 Servers, Exchange, SQL & ISA Servers.
- Application of security patches/fixes to servers affected.
- Daily checking of server logs for critical errors and apply fix if necessary.
- Assist System Administrator in user support and backups.
- Application of security patches.
- Update Corporate AV and users virus signature files.
- Maintenance of Fidelio software.
- Implementation and installation of Windows NT and Novell servers.
- Troubleshoot client’s servers, desktops, and printers.
- Travel to client’s office to provide support and fix software/hardware issues.
Finished 5 year course of Engineering, specifically Electronics and Communications Engineering and passed the board exam a year after graduation.
