• Insure work is done at best quality while maintaining 100% HSE commitment.
• Manage all site activities and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines to insure targets are met.
• Approve work permits as ADNOC-Onshore Area Authority and issuing authority (IA) on site.
• Lead Task Risk assessments (TRA) workshops for piping and mechanical works.
• Prepare Construction site reports for top management.
• Work with EPC contractor Construction management team to improve construction schedules, to meet project deadlines.
• Review and approve construction documents as Method statements and lifting studies.
• Review test packs, and attend hydro/pneumatic tests.
• Perform equipment onsite inspection.
• Perform inspection walk downs and certify mechanical completions.
• Manage piping fabshops and follow up progress to meet site requirements.

Working as part of the Project Management Team (PMT) representing the Client as the site Senior Construction Engineer (Piping/Mechanical). The project is an EPC contract awarded to Tecnimont S.p.A.

• Insure work is done in a safe manner with high quality and as per acceptable procedures.
• Manage site activities and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines to insure progress targets are met.
• Approve work permits and act as ADNOC-Onshore Area Authority (AA) and issuing authority (IA) on site.
• Lead Task Risk assessments (TRA) workshops for piping and mechanical works.
• Prepare Construction site reports for top management.
• Work with EPC contractor Construction management team to improve construction schedules, to meet project deadlines.
• Review Construction documents as Method statements and lifting plans.
• Review test packs, and attend hydro/pneumatic tests.
• Assist with equipment onsite inspection.

Working as part of the Project Management Team (PMT) being the focal point of the project, representing the Client. The project is an EPC contract awarded to Tecnimont S.p.A.

• Manage the transfer of information, across internal and external interfaces, throughout all project phases.
• Follow-up, manage, update and track interface items to close out, using interface action registers and technical interface documents.
• Develop and maintain an overall Interface Management Plan and Register for the project, covering all identified and potential interfaces, with relationships and references.
• Develop an interdependency schedule for the interfaces.
• Develop an interface communication system between Main EPC and various stakeholders
• Identify possible site Construction clashes between project activities and other Contractors working in the area, and find suitable workable solutions.
• Supervise contactor site activities to insure availability of work open fronts and improve progress.
• Establish relations between the project and External Parties.
• Represent the Client in all interface meetings between EPC Contractor and other parties.
• Manage all project communication both internal within Client organization and external.
• Work with engineering team to insure availability of information needed.
• Coordinate and assist in all governmental meetings.
• Managing piping fabrication works in external fabshops to insure timely delivery of spools as per site requirements and conditions.
• Participating in SIMOPS workshops involving External parties.
• Acting as Area authority (AA) and Issuing Authority (IA) in ADCO permit to work (PTW) system.
• Insure project targets are met for mechanical and piping works.
• Work with end User to Define Spare Parts for Equipment, and coordinate with Purchase department to confirm the orders.

-Coordinate with JV partner on all EPC issues
-Insure procedures are being followed, and all parties are aware of latest agreements.
-Qualify and approve vendors and subcontractors
-Interface and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to insure smooth operations.
-Review contracts and subcontracting agreements.
-Prepare and review Debit notes and cost reports.
-Report to top management and assist in analyzing project data and finalizing decisions.
-Coordinate and attend project Board meetings.
-Coordinate internal operations and facilitate inter-departments flow of information.

Being the focal point of the project during its Engineering and construction phases:
1- Project coordination between engineering team and client
2- Attending client meetings and resolve client concerns and comments on deliverables of the project.
3-Coordinate between designers, purchasers and client engineers to insure items purchased match required specs.
4- Supervise the construction team on site and provide technical support.
5- Attend weekly and monthly construction meetings and progress review meeting.
6- Insure construction is going as planned and insure continuity of work.

Leading the Project Management Team of the fabrication of piping spools for ASAB FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT project.
- Review Plans and schedule.
-Monitor progress and review progress reports.
-Provide technical support when needed.
-Review coast reports and approve invoices and expenditures.
- Motivate and guide project team to achieve set goals.
-Monitor and train project team on safety and HSE.

Managing the office engineering team for the Habshan Gas Complex Expantion (Habshan 4) project ($999M). and Offshor Associated Gas (OAG) ($200M)
Leading the field Engineering (Mechanical) office which is Responsible for:
◦Preparing MTO’s, shop drawings and marked-up detailed isometrics.
◦Material matching and issuing for shop fabrication and site erection.
◦Providing data and reports for other divisions of the project up to management levels for both underground and above ground piping activities.
◦Preparing Test-packages,
◦Preparing work packs for Tie-in works and hot taps.
Engineering support for site, by providing needed information and coordinating with the designer partner to obtain proper solutions and information.
Provide planning department with the needed work breakdowns and scopes definition.
Both Projects designed on ASME B31.3

>>Managing the fabrication/welding shop for the piping section at “Wadi Ma’in, Zara and Mujeb Water Treatment and Conveyance Project” ($120M), including;
-Preparing production plans,
-Production analysis
-Check material specifications
-Supervise painting subcontract, and updating reports.
The fabshop is responsible for producing all mitered bends, branches, drain outlets, and flanged spools for the pipeline and pump stations. Starting Dec.05 fabshop started fabrication of S.S spools for “Asamra wastewater treatment plant”.

>> Planning for the erection at the pump stations and preparing spools, along with coordinating with civil section engineers and subcontract to ensure smooth flow of work.

>>Support site erection of fabricated spools at the pump stations

Responsible for:
>> Material take-off for the pipeline.

>> Preparing shop drawings for the Fabrication -shop.

>> Assist in preparation of material and design submittals for “Wadi Ma’in, Zara and Mujeb Water Treatment and Conveyance Project” ($120M)

>> Site material take-off and order.
>> Preparing shop drawings.
>> Supervise subcontractor responsible for errection of site material.
for a wastewater plant and network (Expansion of Aqaba Waste Water Facilities)($32M).

>> Inquiring prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
>> Creating comparison sheets and building project tendering budgets (for mechanical Materials including Pipes, fittings, valves and pumps).

>> Technical/engineering support for site staff.
>> Material takeoff.
>> Creating shop drawings.
>> Engineering calculations for Water networking project . ($73M).
