- Prepare Shop drawings (Structural, General site, Civil to Infrastructure)

- Coordination between all other disciplines (MEP, Arcticural, Surveying)

- Create Bill of quantities (B.O.Q) for the contract items.
- Estimate project Materials, Budgets as per project specifications.
- Create Material delivery plan with procurement department.
- Prepare RFI’s for the conflicts and clashes with suitable proposals and solutions.
- Handle contracts management (Variations, Invoices, Payments, VAT, Insurance)
- Handle project documentation management (coding; Shop drawings, Invoices)
- Lead technical oAice Engineering team and Delegate various tasks.
- Create and review on models using BIM tools; (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and ACC)
- Create Healthy environment for the team members and understanding human needs.
- Develop technical oAice productivity by searching for the software’s in market.
- Develop the technical oAice team by identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Using Oracle and cloud Systems (ERP) to upload data, invoices and all other related.
- Preparation for the project Studies (Mobilization, earthwork, grading and excavations)
- Prepare a monthly engineering progress update highlighting key achievements and challenges faced by the Technical Office.

- Prepare and submit RFIs to the resident engineer consultant of the project with the proposal and suitable solutions according to the project needs.
- Attendance of technical meetings and write the M.O.M - Weekly Report and organize tasks
- Emailing and contact with Subcontractors and Consultant. 2.07- Delegate tasks to the technical oAice team.
