•Evaluations of break down faults and make a
necessary actions/troubleshooting process.
•Performed maintenance work as per scheduled and
respond to equipment faults.
•Do functional test on the equipment if functioning
properly before turn it over in automatic mode.
•Dealing with emergency problem and do repair
works based on the damaged have been acquired
on the equipment.
•Maintained electrical circuit/wirings, electrical
components and facilities.
•Performed Electrical/Mechanical components like
replacement of conveyor chain damaged, roller
damage, motors, bearings, guidewheel and wire
rope and many others that required for
replacement.
•Do proper documentation based on the work order
whether corrective maintenance or preventive
maintenance.
•Provide support on superior especially when major
trouble/fault happens and or additional man power
needed.
•Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean
and orderly work areas
•Use a variety of hand and power tools needed in
performing duties on the equipment
•Performed Megger testing for RCD(Resudual
Current device) on equipment as well checking of
insulated resistance on conductor.
•Monitoring procedure of all the equipment on
Refrigeration System.
•Detect faulty operations, defective material and
report those and any unusual situations for proper
supervision

• Installation of Electrical lighting fixtures, devices and control circuit with safety procedure and provide quality on the work with less supervision.
• Ensure of electrical wiring that follows the standard NEC (National Electrical Code) for compliance of safety regulations.
• Do repair works on defective tools, appliances and equipment for reduction of cost.
• Rectification of electrical fault with the team and make a necessary solution do the jobs calmly and neatly

• Report to supervisor for quantity output and follow up planning for upcoming days and properly monitoring of product for quality assurance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance related to equipment like pick and place, rotary machine for alignment, conveyor belt, die tool for adjustment, modification and repair to lessen the occurrence of machine breakdown that may affect the productions
• Mandatory double check for loaded materials like barrel, plunger and needle and visualize the surroundings before run the machine.
