• Provide design expertise for ELV/ICT/Telecommunication Systems such as Data and Voice, Fire and Gas, Building Management Systems, PAVA, PABGM, PAGA, SCADA/PMS, Security Systems, Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Point, and ICT Containment.
• Produce technical and non-technical reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines concerning the design.
• Produce IO Lists, CCTV Field of View and Lense Calculation, Bandwidth Calculation, and Cable Containment sizing Calculations.
• Produce and submit preliminary engineering design for Industrial Control Network, Automation Systems, and Process Instrumentation; such as System Architecture, Schematic Diagram, Block Diagram, Control Diagram, I/O List, Technical Specification, Projected Project Schedule, etc.
• Tenders technical and budget cost proposals, reports, and internal and external documentation such as strategic plans.
• Configure & generate a PLC Automation System using Siemens TIA Selection Tool.
• Wireless Radio and WiMAX Path Profiling.
• Attend coordination and clarification meetings with clients.
• Conduct Site Survey/Inspection to identify installation details and other necessary data to generate a piece of accurate information to be used in Tendering.
Engineering and design of ICS (Industrial Control System), and BMS (Building Management System) using new technologies (not limited to serial communications and Ethernet / IP based).
•Produce engineering drawings, including but not limited to, ELV & ICT Systems (containment and cable routing, installation drawings, layout drawings).
•Produce technical and non-technical reports for projects.
•Coordinate with other disciplines concerning design.
•Produce I/O List, CCTV, Bandwidth, and Cable containment sizing Calculations.
•Produce logical and physical network diagrams.
•Support for team strategy and practices.
•Responsible for all stages of design development from Schematic Design to Detailed Design and Issue for Construction.
• Configures and troubleshoots Industrial Routers, Switches, and Wireless Radios.
• Develop and troubleshoots software for process plants such as PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
• Manage and participate in the automation process design stage.
• Conducts site surveys to identify installation details and other necessary data.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting expertise in Communication and Instrumentation.
• Performs automation testing and commissioning on site such as IO testing, loop checking, etc.
• Performs the necessary configuration and calibration of the instrument for proper operation.
• Involvement in the actual installation and wiring of PLC, HMI, and Network Switches at the project site.
Conduct site surveys to identify installation details and other necessary data and provide accurate information to Engineering Department.
•Layout designs and plans based on conducted surveys using Microsoft Applications.
•Provides technical support and troubleshooting expertise for all installed equipment supplied by the company.
•Commissioning and testing of the equipment such as SSU 2000, GARD 8000 (Tele protection), SGC 1500, PTP, and NTP Server.
