• To prepare a plan/schedule for CM Work Orders Defects Repair for all assets.
• To coordinate and collaborate with the Project Coordinator and the Operation department regarding the priority Work orders needed for immediate completion.
• To send the Plan/schedule of the CM Work Order (all assets) to in-house team and Subcontractor.
• To summarize and analyze the CM Work Orders Status and forecast expected completion dates to ensure the completion of such within the SLA period.
• To prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Progress Report
• To prepare Weekly Progress Report (with Graph/S curve/P6)
• Prepare Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• To prepare and update the Monthly Progress Report (with Graph/S-curve/P6)
• To prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports to our Head Office. The Project Manager must initially review and evaluate This type of report.
• To prepare Monthly CM Work Order Summary and PM Work Orders Summary (for SLI form) to be coordinated and verified with the other departments.
• To track and monitor scheduled CM Work Order; ensure the completion within the SLA period.
• To prepare a baseline schedule in Primavera P6 and likewise update the baseline during project execution.
• To prepare manpower and equipment forecast
• Supervise and monitor Topographic Surveys for Road Works and other Asset repair works.
