• Test GSM, DCS, UMTS FDD and LTE networks using software test tools like Genex Probe, Nemo Outdoor and Themes and equipments like phones, data cards and scanners.
• Analyze the test Log file using software tools like Genex Assistance, Nemo Analizer and Actex.
• Do GSM and UMTS optimization on engineering parameters like azimuth and antenna tilt. And also do optimization on radio parameters like configuring missing neighbors, handover threshold values, CPICH configurations in UMTS and so on.
• Participate in GSM and UMTS validations with the customer in single site verification test and cluster bench marking and acceptance test.
• Training new employees on GSM, UMTS and LTE basics and UMTS and GSM radio optimization and planning.
