As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Tamika4 Technology, I am responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of projects for clients in the banking and financial services industry. In this role, I successfully managed multiple projects, ensuring that they were completed on time and as per customer expectations. I collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. I also develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
I provide technical support for ATMs, Cheque Book Printing Machines, Sorting Machines, and Card Issuance Systems issues to internal and external users across multiple locations.
In addition, I provide training to users on new hardware and software technologies, ensuring that users are up to date with the latest technologies and best practices. I participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues.
I am responsible for managing a team of technical support professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's machines.
I have also been responsible for managing customer complaints related to machine operations. To address this issue, I implemented a new process for tracking and resolving customer complaints, in addition to working as a field engineer on a complicated issue.
I also developed and delivered training programs for technical support staff, with creating and maintaining technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
