 Monitoring studio based on the daily reports.
 Prepare weekly reports based on the daily reports received from the Team Leaders.
 Archiving all files and share to each team.
 Prepare document transmittal/letters required on the submission to the client or sub-consultant.
 Submits project documentation to Project Director for approval, and transmits approved documents to clients.
 Prepare Engineering Drawings and plans such as Shop Drawings, As Built Plans, Construction Plans (AutoCAD), 3D rendering, etc. as required by the clients.
 Combine all CAD drawings to DWF, DWG bind and PDF requested by Architect.
 Edit some drawings based on the client amended.
 Prepare xref file as required on architectural drawings.
 Print the drawings on sizes required A0, A1, A2 or A3.
 Stamped the drawings based on the submission required (Tender Documents or Issue for Construction).
 Transmit the documents thru Aconex based on the client required submission.
 Tracking all the incoming and outgoing documents/RFI in the studio.
