• Project management from initiating to closing including and organizational process development.
• Development and establishing a project management integration processes using milestones PM of SalesForce.
• Prepare construction schedule for the execution and commissioning of the projects.
• Represent the company for weekly meeting with the clients.

• Overview of Design/installation team in project development and design for costing and feasibility of inquiries.
• Coordination of personnel scheduling for site visits and design works.
• Overall development of MATEC project implementation department including recommendations to improve facilities, tools, and work structure within the company’s ability.
• Coordination of permitting and administrative documentation for project implementation.
• Preparation of RFQs for purchasing/admin for project related parts
• Project construction scheduling and coordination
• Perform project on time, on budget while maintaining a high standard of quality according to what has been offered.
• Perform all works within the interest of MATEC with emphasis on limiting liability of the company during projects.
• Provide reports for all activities and progress at the end of the day to Division head.
• Communication with all related departments during project development and implementation.
• Perform project management in the currently executing processes (Solar Projects).
• Training facilitator for the electrical and electronics engineers.
• Billing Evaluations of the Prime Contractors and nominated subcontractors.
• Facilitate weekly construction meeting and prepare the minutes as well as issues to be resolved.
• Prepare the status reports to the sponsor and key stakeholders.
