• Review engineering drawings and tables of quantities Refer to the
general contractor for any comments related to the project
• Design electrical systems for commercial and industrial construction
projects.
• Determine the requirements for labour, equipment, and raw materials
required to complete the work in accordance with the time plan set for
the project. And communicate with management, workers, and the
general contractor to provide requirements
• Manage parts of a construction project (also known as packages),
providing technical advice to subcontractors, supervising staff on site
and ensuring that their packages are completed on time, in line with
legal guidelines and within budget.
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or
timescales.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees,
architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the
overall project manager.
• Communicate with the general contractor to find out what is required to
be implemented and any modifications required to be implemented for
the project
• Coordination with the rest of the departments in implementing the work
Responsibilities
• Answering or making calls to VIP clients to learn about and address
their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible
solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
Diffusing angry clients, as needed.
• Make reports in excel about our performance and how can we improve
our performance

methods and techniques
• Gather Feedback from Trainees after each session
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Skilled in testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
• Overseeing and managing the site labour force Overseeing the selection
and requisition of materials and plant.
• Ensure the electrical work has Complied with the specifications, codes,
standards and according to the shop drawings.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities
in order to meet agreed deadline.
• Write reports about work process and completion rate
