• Expanded HBF products: In 2004 we had only 6 products, while today we’ve 20+ products. Leading the concrete blocks market & makes HBF a one-stop-shop to the same.
• Started auxiliary sources of income: Trading in concrete blocks, interlocks & decorative pavers.

• Impose & operate new ERP management system.
• Rocketed company sales from 12M Dhs/year to 46M Dhs/year through the effective implementation of manufacturing processes to support sales schedules.
• Monitor & Analyze the market with respect to sales and production. Suggest the proceeding plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities (Contd):
• Overseeing the regular maintenance of vehicles, mounted cranes, forklifts and shovel to reduce break downs and prolong their longevity.
• Analyzing product demand and accordingly executing production plans to ensure optimum balance between product supply and demand in the market.

Concurrently working as Technical Advisor (Special Projects) for the sister concern (Hard Precast Building Systems)(Jan '07 - Present).

Projects to Credit:
• Expansion of Avermann rotating plant
- Design of new automated tables’ expansion (6 new positions, 8 enabled) on different levels to reach full automation & integration (mechanical, electrical & control), with the objective of finishing positions problems of the manufacturing plants.
- Design and programming of PLC Siemens S7-300 for connecting and controlling new panels after integration of the new system with the old one.
• Modification of AVERMANN concrete distribution that includes gearbox design, gearmotor selection, speed control & integration with PLC.

Highlights:
• Achieved cost savings of more than 100, 000 Euro by recommending quality expansion and modifications to the manufacturing plant.
• Studied manufacturing operations, equipment and resources to recommend mechanical, electrical and control design modifications.
• Performed modification on the curing chamber doors mechanism for allowing each chamber to accommodate products with double height.

Overall Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing and implementing production plans in a cost effective and time efficient manner to meet long term organizational objectives.
• Coordinating sectional processes, evaluations and plans to guarantee standard running conditions of all plant utilities.
• Analyzing project deficiencies prior to final evaluation to implement corrective measures for smooth functioning and completion of project within specified time/budget.

Overall Responsibilities (Cont'd):
• Monitoring the X-TEC automatic system for anomalies, troubleshooting using PLC and recommending necessary enhancements to ensure optimal running conditions.
• Suggesting and executing “Wiggert+Co.” batching plant repairs and maintenance techniques for modernization/upgrade of existing plants.
• Assigning several suppliers and workshops to manufacture and commission mechanical/electrical aspects of the project.
