Wireless Transmission Manager in Huawei for Etisalat Misr FM managed service project
Responsible of managing and following Trouble tickets and work orders closure and monitor the network and find solution for any problems also following down sites and managing the team leaders to finalize its work also responsible for following and managing all Transmission tasks and actions related to region FM including istallation for new MW links to avoid LOS problem and any reroute plan and enhancing microwave network in the region .

• Responsible for managing subcontractors for all MW scope in ALEX region such as :
For NEC microwave Responsible for troubleshooting any problem in Commissioning and installation using PNMT & PNMTJ software of all NEC V4, NEO Microwave System .
For Huawei RTN microwave Responsible for supporting subcontractors and huawei BSS engineers in optix RTN 620 & RTN 950 huawei microwave in commissioning using T2000 & U2000 and installation and responsible for troubleshooting any problem in these RTN microwave systems and its acceptance visits.
Integration and activation of microwave rings.
Responsible for microwave upgrades and its cutovers like upgrade from 4E1 to 8E1&16E1&48E1&STM-1 and from 1+1 to 2+0 and from 2+2 to 4+0
• Responsible for managing subcontractors for METRO1000 swap project in ALEX region which swap METRO1000 by RTN 620 ADM.
• Responsible for managing subcontractor for NEC MW swap project in ALEX region which swap NEC MW link by huawei RTN620 MW link.
Dealing with OSN 2500, OSN3500, METRO 1000 and creation of new sites services.
Responsible for managing subcontractor for R3 upgrade project for all RTN MW network in ALEX region which replace IF1A card by IFH2 card.
Responsible for managing subcontractor for IP connection project required for 3G over IP project in ALEX region which connect IFH2 cards to Ethernet card.
Responsible for issue the purchase orders for subcontractors and creating BOQs also creating material requests.
Responsible for signing all acceptance documentations of subcontractors.
Responsible for all RFS of MW links & ADMs in ALEX.
